The PPN! Team is jumping right back into planning this year’s events and the 2014 Festival. We are excited to announce new volunteer opportunities! As an entirely volunteer-run 501c3 nonprofit, it takes a lot of effort from many people to put together a festival (plus all the outreach, benefit shows and other events) such as this every year. It’s amazing what can happen when we put all of our efforts together!

As part of the Development Department, the primary responsibility of this position is to raise organizational funds through the annual Willamette Week’s Give!Guide fundraising campaign and organize our annual fundraising event, Make It Pop! Other responsibilities include promotions, donation tracking, event planning, donor appreciation and disbursement of receipts and incentives.
Works directly with the current Logistics Coordinator, Lauren Joyner. This positions will mainly assist with festival logistics needs: booking food carts, coordinating an activity center, working with street fair vendors, etc.
Works directly with the current Logistics Coordinator, Lauren Joyner, and current Stage Manager, Justin Cate. This job mainly assists with advancing bands the month before the festival, as well as managing the stages during the festival weekend. You would be backstage during the festival itself, helping with checking in bands, progressing the lineup, and ensuring equipment gets on and off stage at the right time and in a timely manner.
