Orange Cat IQ Test is from outer space. Having realized that the best music scene in the entire Milky Way galaxy was in Portland, Oregon, the decision was then made to break ties with the Betelgeuse Association of Royal Fellows (BARF) record label and move to planet Earth. Naturally, the top brass at BARF did not take this decision kindly, and as such, the members of Orange Cat IQ Test are currently in hiding from various oppositional forces that aim to put an end to their glorious mission. What is that mission, you might ask? In fact, it is to bring very good rock music to your ears; right here, right now, forever.
Orange Cat IQ Test is a four-sometimes-five-piece alternative rock band formed at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. OCIQT shows have ranged from tender, lamp-lit sets on the Great Lawn during cool autumn nights to loud, energetic telecaster noise in various basements or bars. Like its namesake, Orange Cat shares a single brain cell while performing for your viewing benefit.
