Be a Vendor at PDX Pop Now! 2026
Calling All Creators, Nonprofits, and Community Makers!
Applications are now open to vend at PDX Pop Now! 2026 Festival — Portland’s beloved, free, all-ages, volunteer-run music festival happening August 7th-9th, 2026! Join us for a weekend of live local music, community energy, and creative collaboration in the heart of downtown Portland.
Festival Hours:
- Friday August 7th: 5–10PM
- Saturday August 8th: 12–10PM
- Sunday August 9th: 12–8PM
Location: Harvey Milk St (between 4th & 5th Ave), next to Midtown Beer Garden + indoor space inside the JK Gill Building.
We’re seeking a variety of vendors including:
- Local artists, makers, and music-lovers
- Interactive booths (face painting, glitter stations, caricatures, poetry writing, etc.)
- Food & drink stands (lemonade, fruit, snacks – must differ from Midtown Beer Garden offerings)
- Mission-driven nonprofits
- Musicians and creatives aligned with our mission
Booth fees are just $25/day or $50 for the full weekend, with a limited number of free spots available for nonprofits and mission-aligned vendors.
All vendor fees go directly toward supporting local artists and keeping PDX Pop Now! free and all-ages.
Already Applied and Want to Request a Scholarship?
If you’re a nonprofit or a mission-aligned vendor and already submitted a vendor application, you can still apply for a scholarship to waive your booth fees.
